Shakey’s Pizza on Sunset was short on critical acclaim but you couldn’t help but admire its longevity.  Fifty years and counting.

Nick and Caroline were in Shakey’s parking lot.

“He’ll have another phone with him to track his devices,” said Nick.  “I don’t think we can disable this stuff before he locks in.”

“Taken care of.” said Caroline.

At Shakey’s Pizza on Sunset, the night manager checked his phone for a score on the UCLA Arizona State game.  The Bruins were in foul trouble but up by two.  A freshman from Avila Beach stood at the free throw line.
